We offer advice and can facilitate the investment in and management of tax effective investment vehicles, such as Managed Investment Trusts, Early Stage Venture Capital Partnerships or the older Pooled Development Funds. We also offer advice on selecting the most feasible sources of finance and designing appropriate structures to meet both domestic and international investor's short and long term requirements.

Corporate advisory and capital raising

We provide startup, small and medium businesses solutions for the problems of raising capital. This includes financial and strategic advice on structures, financial modelling, valuations and producing the right offer to investors to maintain as much value for the current stakeholders as possible. Our involvement can be limited to advice on structuring and the drafting of offer documents to extending right though the process by delivering capital sourced by us from professional investors.

Boutique fund development and management

We provide a complete service with respect to the design and management of investment funds. 

For advisors with their own existing client base or boutique fund managers, we can advise on structure, prepare all required offer documentation (e.g. information memorandums and product disclosure statements), and assist with the presentation of the opportunity to potential investors. With respect to the ongoing operation of your fund, we can act as a Responsible Entity, or can assist you with the compliance and administration of your own Responsible Entity. In fact all operations, from investment management, administration and customer relations can be performed by us, third parties, or your organisation.
